Nadia’s journey with the organization began in October 2017 when she was hired as the Senior VP and Chief Talent Officer. Her contributions included managing machine learning predictive analytics, transforming the recruitment department from a passive staffing model to a strategic proactive model, and designing a project-based internship program. Additionally, she recruited top data analytics interns to tackle strategic challenges throughout the bank.

Nadia’s passion for talent development and leadership extends back to her previous roles. She served as the Vice President, Recruitment, Leadership Trainer, and Career Coach at a prominent organization in the Hawaiian Islands. There, she developed and implemented a Talent Acquisition Strategy for Retail Banking, advising branch and department leaders on talent assessment, management, retention, and development.

Earlier in her career, Nadia held leadership positions at PNC Bank and MetLife, where she demonstrated exceptional skills in business analysis, sales strategy development, and team management.
