01 · Leadership and personal development
Challenge
Strengthen mentees’ motivation, self-leadership, executive functioning, communication, relationship building, campus engagement, and ability to use available resources.
What we built
A 90-minute virtual “Unlocking Potential: A Journey to Success” experience combining intrinsic motivation, goal decomposition, executive-function strategies, SMART goals, practical behavioral tools, and campus engagement.
What changed
Across 91 respondent records in the supplied survey export, participants reported very high satisfaction and strong perceived usefulness. 96.7% positively rated both strength discovery and actionable tools beyond the session; 95.6% positively rated comfort participating.

02 · Team development and leadership
Challenge
Prepare for the season by strengthening team cohesion, communication, shared expectations, trust, accountability, and collective performance.
What we built
A Summer 2025 team-development experience focused on team building and the interpersonal and behavioral foundations of high-performing teams.
What changed
That fall, Kean completed a 30–6 season, went 7–1 in the NJAC, won the conference regular-season and tournament championships, qualified for the NCAA Tournament, and earned the first NCAA Tournament victory in program history.

Challenge
Build practical AI literacy beyond prompting, including appropriate use, ethical risk, human judgment, bias, privacy, academic integrity, automation reliability, and AI-assisted decision making.
What we built
An interactive AI-literacy experience combining instruction, case discussion, group analysis, and hands-on use of generative AI and NotebookLM across real-world applications.
What changed
Participants completed applied activities, analyzed multiple AI use cases, and used AI hands-on for information analysis and visualization rather than receiving presentation-only instruction.
04 · Executive coaching and performance systems
Challenge
Strengthen the transition from individual technical execution to strategic leadership while improving project closure, prioritization, confidence, and follow-through.
What we built
Individual performance and leadership coaching using structured goals, micro-deadlines, progress tracking, reflective practice, ambiguity management, and translation of technical execution into leadership behaviors.
What changed
The client reported year-over-year growth in code output and concrete progress on major technical projects while using coaching to strengthen strategic ownership and execution.
